As the initiator of Ieders Plak, I help you experience the connection between leadership, a fit and healthy body, a peaceful and balanced mind and a clear vision. This is something I do in all my projects, trainings and consults for my business clients. And in my exercise and relaxation lessons through Power Pump, Yoga, Yoga-Pilates, meditation and bodywork. To me, Ieders Plak is a place for everyone, a place to connect. Through my cycling-spinning sessions, I like to help people to get the most out of their training, and enjoy watching them succeed and have fun. Fun and healthy.
Combining exercise and teaching is a unique way to inspire and motivate others and to give participants a sense of fulfilment!
At Ieders Plak, you can find me during the Power Pump lessons and small group and personal training. One of my regular lessons for a bit of variety is the Dance Special. That’s when we invite the participants to carry out all the dance moves with as much swing and verve as possible. During my lessons, I try to get the participants to get the most out of the lesson whilst having fun doing so.
Through my business Floor!, I carry out communications activities for Ieders Plak, among other businesses. I am also the substitute instructor for the Pilates and Yoga-Pilates lessons. And I provide as a regular feature on the timetable the Dance Special together with my colleagues, Wanda and Rowan. It’s a fabulous way to get moving to swinging music. For every hour of exercise, there’s an hour of fun. During Pilates and Yoga-Pilates, I find my balance between activity and relaxation and completely clear my head.
I experience dru yoga and meditation as a powerful way to reduce stress and promote inner stability. With this, I like to contribute to a positive and proactive attitude towards life.
My heart and soul lie in running. As an Athletics Union-certified running trainer, running therapist and coach, I provide bespoke trainings for both absolute beginners as well as intermediate and advanced runners.
Exercising and teaching spinning classes are my passion. Spinning gives energy and together with great music, I like to challenge people to develop their full potential during the lesson and to contribute to their health.
